направление функций
Основное направление деятельности для функций ОКОИ. Оно помогает ОКОИ, органам государственной власти и внешним организациям развиваться на уровне функций и готовит организаторов к планированию деятельности объектов, пообъектному управлению и операционализации. Направление функций охватывает все службы ОКОИ и внешние организации, участвующие в подготовке и проведении Игр.

functional stream
Main activity stream for the OCOG functions. It helps the OCOG, public authorities and external entities to develop on a functional level and prepares the organizers for venue planning, venuisation and operationalization. The Functional stream involves every function of an OCOG and the external entities involved in Games delivery.

управление объектами
В понятие управления объектами входят планирование и руководство деятельностью как на самом объекте, так и на примыкающей территории. Основная задача состоит в планировании и реализации сводных планов работы всех объектов и сооружений Игр с учетом потребностей всех стейкхолдеров, функциональных подразделений ОКОИ и его партнеров. Для этого ОКОИ необходим переход от работы по отдельным функциональным направлениям к организации многофункциональных команд, обслуживающих объекты. ОКОИ может учредить функциональное подразделение, занимающееся управлением объектами.

venue management
Venue management area plans and manages the activity in and around the venues. The task is to plan, prepare and implement the integrated operation of all venues and facilities accounting for the needs of all stakeholders, all OCOG functional areas and partners/agencies. This necessitates orchestrating the evolution of the OCOG from individual functional areas to integrated venue teams. The OCOG may establish a functional area dealing with venue management aspects.
